The Dialogues about Communication Business #Part 1



Dialogue 1

Nita     : Hi, Ifa! Long time no see! Now your online shop business has gone into a great success. What an achievement ?
Ifa      : Thank you, Nita. I’m still trying as best I can to satisfy every customer.
Nita     : It is good. Can you tell me the story of your success?
Ifa     : Well, before my business goes this big, I also experienced hard times. At the first time starting out my online shop, there are some things that make my customers fell disappointed. They complained of the quality of goods that doesn’t comply with the price list.
Nita     : And then... what happened next?
Ifa    : Over time,many people began to like my shops. When I was more sensitive in choosing suppliers who will be invited to cooperate.
Nita     : What products are you selling?
Ifa        : I sell clothes, shoes, and bags. All items reserved for women.
Nita   : As far as, what do you consider as the most important thing in running your online shop business?
Ifa      : Definitely, costumer’s satisfaction. I wouldn’t have run my business smoothly if I belittled customer’s satisfaction. One satisfaction of a customer is enough to attract other customers to come.
Nita   : That’s great idea, Ifa. Thank you for sharing. I wish your story can be helpful for me someday.
Ifa       : You’re welcome, Nita.


 
Dialogue 2

Anna    : Hi Nur, how are you? Long time no see.
Nur      : Never better, and you? Never thought we would meet here.
Anna    : Very well, thank you. What your activities right now?
Nur      : I’m continuing my mother’s business, that is a boutique wedding dress.
Anna    : Well, it’s a coincidence. I plan to get married next 6 months and I’m looking for a boutique to make our wedding dresses.
Nur      : If you want, I’m ready to prepare all the things you need and I would call my best designer to desain your wedding dress.
Anna    : Really? But I have to discuss it with my family.
Nur      : It’s oke, so now I give you my name card and my boutique’s name card. Those card is listed at the address and telephone number. Make sure you call me first if you want to wear my services.
Anna    : Thank you so much. And I will give you my name card, so that you can call me too. I have a cake shop business in West Jakarta, if you pass through my shop, please come visit to taste it. I will give special discounts only for you.
Nur      : Of course and thank you, Anna. I guess, I will often come to your shop because my house is in the area of West Jakarta.
Anna    : Oke, I’ll be waiting for you.
Nur      : I’ll be waiting for you too.
