Placing An Order (On The Telephone)


Sabrina    : Hello, this is Sabrina from Excellerator Co. calling. May I speak to Manager?


Manager    : Hello Miss Sabrina, this is Antonio as a Manager.


Sabrina    : Hello, I'd like to place an order for a number of your Millennium desk units.


Manager    : Certainly. How many were you interested in ordering for purchase?


Sabrina    : Quite a few. Do you have many available in the warehouse?


Manager    : We keep a large supply in stock. There's also a showroom with quite a few on hand. It shouldn't be a problem.


Sabrina    : Well then. I'd like 75 units by the end of the month. Could I get an estimate before place an order?


Manager    : Certainly, I'll have it for you by the end of the day.


Sabrina    : What does the estimate include?


Manager    : Estimates include merchandise, packaging and shipping, duty if required, any taxes and insurance.


Sabrina    : Do you ship door-to-door?


Manager    : Certainly, all shipments are door-to-door. Delivery dates depend on your location, but we can usually deliver within 14 business days.


Sabrina    : Thank you for your help.


Manager    : My pleasure. You can expect an e-mail by 5 this afternoon. 



3 weeks later, on the telephone



Sabrina    : I've received the items you sent and there is no shortage, everything is complete.


Manager    : Thank you for having confidence in us. We will waiting for the next reservation.


Sabrina    : I would also like to thank you because the goods did not disappoint.


Manager    : You are welcome.
